Jasmine Pearl

This is simply the most delicious, exquisite Jasmine Pearl we have ever tasted.  The importer spends much time in China, speaks fluent Chinese, and has family there that point him to the best of the best.
The first infusion is gentle, the second stronger as the leaves unwind.   It will give 3-4 infusions.  Steep 2 minutes at 170-175F for first infusion.  You can let remaining infusions steep a bit longer if desired.
