Tropical pineapple and currants, along with rosehips and a little Rooibos, make this an excellent choice for an iced beverage on a hot day, or a hot one on a balmy night. A little raw sugar or honey adds just the right touch.
Steep 3-4 minutes with 190-195F water. This one is intense, so go light on time at first and taste.
